In a perfect pairing of food meets wine, Chef Julian Darwin, founder of the Cascade Culinary Institute joins Elixir Wine Group to lead a class demonstrating the techniques of saute, poach and braise.
With emphasis given to flavor development through applied techniques participants will learn how to enliven their dishes by improving technical skills.

Breast of Chicken with Morels
Shrimp Saute in the style of Pok-Pok
Braised Beef with Seasonal Vegetables Poached Salmon with Beurre Blanc
